RETURNS

Collision Devices products come with a 21-days money back guarantee (shipping not included).

If you are not satisfied with your Collision Devices product, please contact us via email within 10 business days of the original purchase date. Once we have authorized the return, ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service to the address provided in the e-mail.

Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packing material to qualify for a refund. Worn or abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

“B-stock” products are sold as-is and not eligible for refunds.

WARRANTY

All of our products are guaranteed for life as long as we are still in business.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended in the user manual. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, visual imperfections due to use, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.

We do not charge for a repair unless the PCB needs to be replaced due to user damage. Customer is responsible for shipping to Collision Devices and back to him/her after the repair has been done.

PAYMENT

The payment of purchases realized on our website is made either by bank card (stripe) or by paypal.

The order will be accepted after confirmation and validation of the payment by Collision Devices. The goods remain our property until the complete payment of the invoice.

DELIVERY

Delivery fees are calculated before final confirmation. These fees depend on your country. Customs fees are paid by the customer.

Once validated, your order should be shipped within 2 days.

Except if it’s a pre-order. Then it depends on the date on the product page.

A tracking number is provided to you once the order is shipped. Please contact us only if the tracking does not update within 3 days before it has been sent. Carriers may take time to update their deliveries. All of our products needs a proof of delivery to be delivered. It protects us from the lost package.
